Building bridges in Paris

With 7,000 exhibitors and over 150,000 visitors from 194 countries, the biennial trade fair SIAL is one of the most important meetings for all professionals in the food industry. Indonesia's presence at the trade fair this year consisted of two pavilions, one pavilion of the Ministry of Industry with 20 exhibitors and one pavilion of the Indonesian Trade Promotion Centre with 8 exhibitors.

Expo-id and senior consultant Christophe Landuyt were ordered to optimize the exchange between the two pavilions and the international buying public, to increase the visibility of both pavilions with communication and to keep participants alert and focused.

After five intense days of presenting and negotiating the participants could return to Indonesia with dozens of new contacts and even a handful of effective contracts.
