Xcellence Award for Van Os-Sonnevelt

On Thursday 31 August Van Os-Sonnevelt received an Xcellence Award from Kortrijk Xpo, the Courtrai exhibition venue. The award is granted to supplier who average a score of 8 out of 10 or higher in the questionnaires exhibitors fill out after every show. High scores are considered a proof of high quality services and customer-oriented operations.
Al the closing of every show, Kortrijk Expo mails out a questionnaire to every single exhibitor, checking for their satisfaction with the services they have used at the venue. Every two years, the results are summarized in a Quality Barometer that indicates how the service partners of the venue have been doing.
The 2005-2006 campaign gave a return of 1,714 questionnaires. For the second time in a row, Van Os-Sonnevelt obtained an overall score of 8 out of 10. Managing director Gerard van Os received the quality certificate from the hands of Philippe D’Heygere, president of the board of directors of Kortrijk Xpo.
