Working hard on quality
On Tuesday 10th of July, our field staff attended a training course on customer oriented attitudes, as part of the continuous learning program for professional drivers.
In our quality management system, every collaborator has his own tasks and responsibilities that add to a 360° quality orientation. Especially our collaborators in the field, who are the most prominent contact persons during delivery and pick-up.
In order to make sure that both their professional skills and their customer focus remain up-to-date, our field staff are regularly trained in specific programs. This time, it was Stefan Mathuvis of Quality Management Advice who introduced them to the advanced levels of customer oriented attitudes and problem solving capabilities.
After the training course, our boys were very eager to put their new skills to the test. So how about a rendez-vous when the next trade show season kicks off, just to check our new service levels…?
