Quality Award for Van Os

After each major exhibition Kortrijk Xpo questions a broad sample exhibitors about their overall satisfaction and their satisfaction with the home suppliers. Every two years, all the results are put together and the project teams give a score to the service partners as well. All figures are converted to a score out of 10. If a service partner gets eight or more, he is rewarded with a Quality Award.

Over the past two years, some 4,404 exhibitors from 31 shows were put to the test. This yielded 1,903 completed surveys, representing a high satisfaction score of 7.95 out of 10. Together with 8 other suppliers, Van Os-Sonnevelt reached a score of 8 out of 10 or higher. The Quality Award for outstanding service was given during a ceremony on Thursday, August 30.
