Workshop at Seafood Expo Global
On May 7th, Unizo International and FIT Agency organized an introductory session Tradeshows for aspiring exporters. Expo-id catered for the content of the session and took a dozen Flemish entrepreneurs for a discovery tour of the Seafood Expo Global trade show.
With 1,680 exhibitors and over 26,000 visitors from 145 countries, Seafood Expo Global is the most international trade show in Belgium. The ideal platform to get a clear view on what it takes to participate in a big international event and to make a reality check for the training content.
Commissioned by Unizo International and FIT Agency, Expo-id developed a workshop on the theme of effective trade fair participation. After the presentation, coach Gerard van Os took the participants to the halls of Brussels Expo, so they could discover how the ideas and concepts are actually implemented during a trade show. It must have been a pretty interesting experience, as the participants regularly stopped at booths to ask the exhibitors dozens of questions about their participation strategy, their presentation concept and the booth activity.
