Expodoc has become a household name for show organizers in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and even China. Every day, thousands of exhibitors are serviced through the online platform, for a variety of business events. This is where the honey comb comes in. The Expodoc features now come in a modular way, allowing organizers to build a specific version for every single event.
On Thursdag June 21st, the online platform for exhibitor management Expodoc invited all its active users for a Expodoc Partner Assemblee. Purpose of the gathering was to exchange experiences with the developers of the tool and make suggestions for new features to be added to the platform.
One day of intensive brainstorming resulted in dozens of valuable suggestions, all of whom were evaluated on the main Expodoc design principles: easy to use, adding significantly to the optimisation of communication betweenvenue owners, exhibition organizers, exhibitors and service suppliers, cost- and time-effective.
Immediately after the event, several new features were added to the management platform of Expodoc. Others will be integrated in the weeks and months to come and willbe fully operational for the next trade show season.
Although Expodoc may have made life a bit easier for venue owners, show organizers, exhibitors and service suppliers, the trade show industry remains a branch where prompt reaction and speed really make the difference. hat is probably why at the end of the day all the participants in the Partner Assemblee received a pair of Converse All Stars. The right shoes to kick-start the new season, what?
Nothing is easier than ordering online - but nothing that raises more doubt and uncertainty: What happens to the email I sent? Where is the form that I have completed so carefully? When will I receive confirmation of my order? On the Expodoc site you will find already answered most of these questions.

Classic, hard copy exhibitor kits are a source of frustration and irritation for most exhibitors: dozens of forms that need to be filled out before a deadline, hundreds of must-browse pages to select the required services for the stand… For the organizer, composing the exhibitor kits and processing the returned forms is an expensive and time-consuming annual task. That is why, almost a year ago, four industry professionals combined their talents and efforts in order to find a way out of the red tape. Their mission: developing a software application for automated order management that is easy to use and complies with the needs and expectations of all parties involved.
