8 out of 10 for furniture
On Thursday September 4th, the Kortrijk Xpo exhibition venue presented its biennial Quality Barometer for the 2006-2007 exhibition season. For the third time in a row, the furniture of Van Os-Sonnevelt received a score of 8 out of 10 and the prestigious Xcellence Award.
After each exhibition, exhibitors at the Courtrai exhibition venue are kindly invited to fill out a questionnaire about the quality of the services of the different suppliers in Kortrijk Xpo. Catering, stand construction, security, furniture, rental plants, telecom… All aspects are meticulously evaluated. Every two years, the results are integrated in a so-called Quality Barometer that indicates the degree of satisfaction of exhibitors and project managers with the services supplied.
For the seasons 2005-2006 and 2006-2007, some 1.601 forms were returned to the venue owner. For the third time in a row, Van Os-Sonnevelt scored 8 out of 10 for the quality of the rental furniture. The high score was rewarded with an Xcellence ward, handed over by Philippe D’Heygere, president of the board of directors at Kortrijk Xpo.
