Certification ISO 9001:2008
On August 12th, Van Os-Sonnevelt received confirmation of its compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 quality standards. The certification followed a thorough audit based on the new management system requirements.
In 1994, Van Os-Sonnevelt was the first Belgian rental company to comply with the ISO 9002 quality standards. These standards relate to all operational and management aspects and guarantee a high quality level of products and services and a customer satisfaction as high as possible.
Over the last 15 years, the certificate was extended successfully after every audit. This was the case last summer, when Van Os-Sonnevelt was meticulously scrutinized in the context of the new quality standards ISO 9001:2008. The audit was once again successful, including consultancy and training, two activities of the division Expo-id, that have been added to the original scope of the certificate in 2007.
