Obtaining an ISO 9001 quality certificate is one thing, keeping it for a longer period another. Every three years, the organization is carefully scrutinized by an experienced auditor. Strategies, procedures, instructions, day-to-day practice… Everything is held against the light of the quality standards, searching for the weakest link in the system.
