On Monday June 10th, the entire company was thoroughly audited in view of corroboration of the ISO 9001 quality management system. The auditor did not find any system leaks and gave Van Os-Sonnevelt a full go.
ISO 9001 equals continuing efforts to enhance the organization’s performance on various levels relating to quality and customer satisfaction. That is why companies who have obtained the ISO 9001 quality label are regularly audited, in search of their weakest links. The auditor makes recommendations and checks whether they have been followed up afterwards.
During yesterday’s audit, not a single inconsistency was found, not for the furniture rental activities, nor for the training activities of Expo-id. As a result, Bureau Veritas gave Van Os-Sonnevelt a 10 out of 10 and confirmed the quality certificate. So you are comfy with us for the next few years…
