6th Balthazars awarded
During the most recent edition of the Brussels Furniture Fair , held from 4 to 7 November in Brussels Expo, Balthazar prizes were awarded for the sixth time.
Each year, the International Furniture Trade Fair Association, organizer of the Brussels Furniture Fair, rewards the most refreshing novelty in various categories with a certificate and a significantly oversized bottle of champagne , called Balthazar.
This year, Cosy Joli Collection and Cubico by Michel Denolf were identified as the most innovative product . The prize for the most ecological product went to Landeck by Theuns . Best Belgian product was Area by Magnitude and Alain Gilles . The jury also awarded a special prize to Climat by Custom8.
The jury was chaired by Marie - Anne Desiere and counted on five members for a full day of furniture each day professionally with furniture in the back .
